Frequently Asked Questions

What is process serving?

Process serving is the legal delivery of court documents to individuals or businesses involved in a legal matter. It ensures all parties are properly notified and have an opportunity to respond, as required by law.

Why do I need a professional process server?

Professional process servers ensure that documents are delivered correctly, legally, and on time. Using a professional reduces the risk of improper service, delays, and case complications.

What areas do you serve?

We serve all five boroughs of New York City — Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens — as well as surrounding areas when needed. Additional coverage available upon request.

How quickly can you serve documents?

We offer Standard, Rush, and Same-Day service options. Turnaround time depends on your service level and case urgency, but we work quickly and efficiently to meet your deadlines.

What types of documents do you serve?

We serve a wide range of legal documents, including summons and complaints, subpoenas, eviction notices, restraining orders, child support papers, and more.

How do I submit documents for service?

You can email your documents, upload them through our online portal, or deliver hard copies to us. Once received, we begin the service process immediately.

Do you provide proof of service?

Yes. After service is completed, we provide a notarized Affidavit of Service that meets New York State court requirements.

What happens if the person avoids service?

We are trained in skip-tracing and diligent service tactics. If personal delivery isn’t possible, we follow legal procedures such as substitute service or nail-and-mail when permitted.

How much does process service cost?

Pricing depends on the type of document, location, and service speed. Contact us for a free quote — we keep our pricing transparent and competitive.

Are your process servers licensed and insured?

Yes — our servers are fully licensed, professional, and follow all New York City and state legal requirements for process serving.

Do you offer bulk or law-firm pricing?

Yes. We offer discounted rates for law firms, property managers, and clients with consistent service needs. Reach out to discuss volume pricing.
